Represented Akami in the leasing of over 500,000 SF of office space in Massachusetts and California.

Investment Services & Capital

501 Boylston Street | Boston

Completed an off market sale of iconic 530,000 SF headquarters. Project included identifying the investor, structuring lease-back and identifying a potential tenant for all of the remaining vacant space.

Boston Wharf Portfolio

$250 million sale of 44 building - 3.2 million SF portfolio in three (3) transactions. Represented both buyers and seller in each transaction.

290 Beaver Street – Panera Bread

Structured a $9 million sale-lease back with a family owned business. Project included building sale, lease-back and lease extension of Panera Bread's commissary as anchor Tenant. OFF MARKET TRANSACTION.

Clay Family Dealerships

Sale of multiple "Family Owned" automobile dealer sites, acquisition of 15 acres for new dealership, structure long term land leases and build to suit for an assisted living: Sunrise Communities, and CVS Pharmacy.

Bradford College | Andover MA Campus

Sold 25 acre - 15 building college campus on behalf of Angelo Gordon and GFI properties.

Freetown, MA Land Sale

Sale of 52 Acres of excess land for Boston Beer Company - a publicly traded client, for construction of a 980,000 SF marijuana cultivation and process facility.

Postmark Square

Equity & Debt placement The Postmark

Procured both Equity and Debt for $30 million - 55 unit mixed use development in Reading, MA.

73 Tremont Street - Manulife

Negotiated the off market sale of 304,000 SF class A financial district office building. Represented the confidential buyer who ultimately donated the building to Suffolk University.

Portfolio Services

Investment Technology Group

Provided global portfolio/transaction/Lease Admin services for 28 locations which included 155,000 SF New York City Headquarters relocation.

Arnold Worldwide

Over a 17 year period, provided global portfolio/transaction/Lease Admin services for 52 locations which included 275,000 SF Boston Headquarters.

Eastern Bank

Portfolio/Transaction/Lease Admin Services for regional bank. Services included leasing and sales of over 100 sites for both retail and office sites.


Provided portfolio/transaction/Lease Admin services for over 125 office and retail sites which ultimately aided senior management in the sale of the bank to Citizens Bank.

The Boston Beer Company

For over 26 years, have represented this global client on multiple acquisitions, dispositions, leasing transactions and consulting assignments in the US. Most recently provided brokerage services for the newly built Sam Adams Tap Room at 60 State St. that opened in January 2020 in downtown Boston.


Advised on the leasing of over 185,000 SF of regional offices locations over 15 years.

John Hancock/Manulife

Represented in various leasing & Sales projects throughout the US which included a 125,000 SF build-to-suit in New Mexico and 450,000 SF operations centers in Boston MA and Portsmouth NH.

Unicco Services

Provided portfolio/transaction/Lease Admin services to assist in substantial corporate growth which ultimately led to $477 million sale to global services company UGL Limited/DTZ. Now a part of Cushman & Wakefield.

Notable Projects

Stonewall Kitchen

New 125,000 SF fulfillment center lease. 275,000 build-to-suit for new production facility in Dover NH. Project included a three (3) state site search which involved entitlements, economic incentives and procuring a development partner.
MultiFamily Image

The Residences on Broadway, Saugus MA

The Residences on Broadway

Assisted in securing entitlement for a 245 Unit ground up development. Sold newly permitted site and secured financing for the new developer.

CVS – Dedham

Structured a long-term land lease and build to suite lease for a family owned site to CVS Pharmacy.

Spire Build to Suit

85,000 SF build to suit of a state of the art printing facility. Project included site search, local and state economic incentives, construction and relocation.
