BRA approves 11-story office building at 321 Harrison Avenue.
According to the Boston Globe, the building will be built by Nordblom Development Co. and Rubeinstein Partners. With a delivery date of 2018, the project will be the first new office building in this area since the influx of residential condominiums in the past few years. Although the location and lack of direct access to the T is far from ideal, it could still attract a major corporate tenant. According to our Co-Founder, Cathy Thompson, “there are few options out there right now for 100,000 square feet and above. If it’s priced below rents in other markets it could be a good option.” For additional information and to read the full article, click here.
